Pineapple Bread Stuffing That Will Have You Stuffing Your Face and GIVEAWAY Winners!

This will not be the healthiest recipe you ever make, but it may very well be the easiest. In fact, you are just 6 teeny, tiny ingredients away from impressing the pants off your dinner guests. AND you may actually already have all the necessary ingredients on hand, double win! I made this for Christmas dinner this year, and it went over really well. And my mom made it last weekend for Easter. It’s a family fave…mostly because making it gives us an excuse to have dessert at dinnertime.

Pineapple Bread Stuffing:

8 eggs, beaten

10 slices of bread diced into 1″ cubes (I used an italian bread, but wheat would be healthier)

2 cups sugar

1 cup butter, melted (Yeah…this is gonna be Paula Deen good)

2 20 oz cans of crushed pineapple, drained

Cinnamon to sprinkle on top

Mix all ingredients together, put into a greased casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. And voila! Supposedly this serves 10 people…ha! I’d save this recipe for a medium sized dinner party or a hungry family (maybe 6-8  people).

Ate too much, feeling a little guilty? Well, don’t. But here’s a great ab exercise to do after you’re done digesting all the pineapple goodness.
